Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation Policies for Land Packages
50 to 30 days prior to arrival $200 per person
29 to 15 days prior to arrival 50% of package
14 to 0 days prior to arrival 100% of package

Cancellation Policies for Air/Land Packages
50 to 30 days prior to arrival $200 per person
29 to 15 days prior to arrival 50% of package
14 to 0 days prior to arrival 100% of package
All changes are subject to restrictions according to the participating carriers

Payment Options / Payment Method.
At present all bookings require a Credit Card to process your reservation. Bookings will need to be made by phone. Payment in full is due 50 Days prior to travel date.
Immediately upon completion of the booking process, you will be sent an confirmation e-mail to the address you have provided. Additionally, you (or your travel agent) will be sent a confirmation letter within a few days with all your package details.

Deposit
There is a $400.00 Deposit due upon booking, this deposit is 100% refundable until 50 days before travel date.

Revisions
Revisions(date changes, etc. are allowed until 50 days prior to travel date. After 50 days there is a $100.00 revision fee.
