***No parties or events are allowed. Violation will result in a $500 per night fine

***Smoking INDOORS will result in a $500 fine.

Check-In & Check-Out House Rules

To ensure a smooth transition between guests and allow our cleaning team enough time to prepare the space, please adhere to the following check-in and check-out guidelines:

⏳ Check-In:

✔ Check-in time: 4:00 PM

✔ Early check-in requests must be approved in advance and are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.

⏳ Check-Out:

✔ Check-out time: 10:00 AM

✔ Late check-out requests must be approved in advance and are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.

🔇 Quiet Hours: 11 PM & 8 AM

To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels down between 11 PM & 8 AM per HOA policy. This includes:

✔ Lowering voices, music, and TV volume inside the home.

✔ Avoiding loud conversations or gatherings on patios, balconies, or outdoor areas.

✔ Ensuring pets do not bark excessively, especially during quiet hours.

✔ If returning late, please be mindful when entering the property or using common areas.

🐾 Pet Policy & House Rules General Rules:

✔ Pet Approval Required – Please inform us about your pet(s) before booking. Unapproved pets may result in a penalty or cancellation of the reservation.

✔ Pet Fee – A $100 fee per pet applies to help cover additional cleaning.

✔ Maximum of 2 dogs allowed, each weighing no more than 20 kilos.

***If the pet fee was not added during your reservation, please inform us so we can update it accordingly.

Inside the House:

✔ No Pets on Furniture & Beds – Please keep pets off beds, couches, and other furniture.

✔ Supervised Pets Only – Pets should not be left unattended inside the home unless crated.

✔ Clean Up After Your Pet – Any pet accidents must be cleaned up immediately.

Pet Policy(For units that allow pets):

✔ Please clean up after your pets, and do not allow them to go to the bathroom on property not associated with your rental unit

✔ Please doo not allow your pet outside without being on a leash or held by owner

✔ Please do not leave your pet unattended; including tying them to a leash outside. This applies to all common areas in the community

✔ Please do not allow your pet onto neighboring property

✔ Please ensure your pet is not excessively noisy or confrontational with neighboring animals or people

✔ All pets must be property licensed and vaccinated

✔ Owners of pets will be held legally & financially responsible for any damage done by their pets

✔ There will be a $100 fine for the first violation of any of the rules above, and additional fines may be incurred upon further violations Let’s all work together to maintain a peaceful environment. Thank you for your cooperation!

Cancellation policy

Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
